Not completely satisfied with your order? Don't worry, at Meena Rotterdam we make returns easy and stress-free!

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@meenarotterdam.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

You can return your jewelry up to 14 days after receipt, as long as it is undamaged and unworn and is returned in its original condition, in the sealed packaging. The return costs are at your own expense.

Sale items and Deals Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. If you purchased products during a deal, make sure to return all items for a full refund. Want to keep part of your order? No problem! We'll recalculate the order amount based on the items you keep.

Refund Policy

At Meena Rotterdam we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you:

• you have not received the correct products, or
• you have not received your order within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days),

you will receive a full refund from us.

There are, however, some exceptions:

• If your order has not arrived due to factors within your control (for example, an incorrect address).
• If your order has not arrived due to circumstances beyond our control (for example customs issues or natural disasters).
• If your order was placed during a sale. In this case you can change the order amount for other products.
