Article 2 - Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements concluded via the Meena Rotterdam webshop.
  2. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 - Product information

  1. The products we sell are water-resistant stainless steel (stainless steel) jewelry and are intended for personal use.
  2. Minor color differences or variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and do not entitle you to return or compensation.

Article 4 - Order and Payment

  1. Orders are placed via the webshop and are only binding after receipt of payment.
  2. Payment can be made via iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, credit card or other payment options as stated on the website.

Article 5 - Shipping and Delivery

  1. We ship to countries within the European Union.
  2. Shipping costs and expected delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  3. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 will be shipped the next day, unless stated otherwise.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal (Returns policy)

  1. As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
  2. After cancellation you have 14 days to return the product. The costs for return shipping are for your own account.
  3. The product must be returned unused, unworn and in its original condition (in the sealed packaging).
  4. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  5. Sale items cannot be returned.

Article 7 - Warranty

  1. We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.
  2. Jewelry is intended for normal use. Damage due to misuse, negligence or improper maintenance, oxidation or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Article 8 Liability

  1. Meena Rotterdam is not liable for any consequential or indirect damage resulting from the use of our products.
  2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Article 9 - Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted via info@meenarotterdam.com
  2. We aim to provide a substantive response within 5 working days
  3. In case of disputes, as a consumer you can contact the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

Article 10 - Privacy

  1. We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is treated confidentially. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Article 11 - Applicable law

  1. Dutch law applies to all agreements.
  2. In the event of disputes, the court in the district where we are established has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  3. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changed terms and conditions will come into effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
